Refund policy
Every item is made with care. Here's exactly what to expect if something isn't right with your order.
Ready-made store items:
Pre-designed prints or embroidery available as-is in our online store — not made to order.
Unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Wrong size or color shipped:
We made an error — the size or color doesn't match what you ordered.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll arrange return shipping and send the correct item promptly.
Custom orders (your uploaded artwork):
Items made specifically to your design — embroidered or printed from artwork you uploaded.
Because these are made exclusively to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless there is a verified production defect on our part.
Minor embroidery marks:
Occasional machine oil drops or faint marks from the pantograph (an internal machine part).
These are a normal part of commercial embroidery and disappear completely with a standard stain remover during regular machine washing.
What we do before shipping: If marks are visible, we pre-treat the area with a professional stain-removal spray. Complete removal happens in the wash — care instructions are included with every order.
Machine damage — holes or tears:
We never ship a damaged item. If machine damage occurs, we replace the garment with an identical one at no extra cost. Your order proceeds on the standard production timeline.
