Shipping Policy
Processing Time
We offer two types of products, each with different production timelines:

Core Collection items (ready-to-embroider blanks): processed and shipped within 1–3 business days

Custom embroidery orders: require 5–10 business days for production before shipping
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship via USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping (USPS Ground): 5–7 business days

Express Shipping (USPS Express): 1-3 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 — automatically applied at checkout. No promo code needed.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently ship within the United States only (all 50 states). We do not ship to P.O. boxes for orders requiring signature confirmation.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the system.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, high-volume periods, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If your package appears stuck or lost, please reach out to us and we'll help resolve it as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or store credit.
